PLEASE READ:
*The program starting date is the date when a participant should depart from their home country. One should arrive in China the 2nd day and the class starts the 3rd day.

Accompanying Parents
A parent can choose to accompanying his/her children during the chosen program. The parent’s fee is less than the student’s fee, as parents usually do not take program arranged classes. However, if a parent is interested in any class, he/she can take take the same program Chinese language and arts classes for free, but without or with less interaction with instructors in classroom.

Group Discount
o $50 off each student applicant for a group of 2 students or above
o $100 off each student applicant for a group of 6 student or above

Program Fees Include
• Classes tuitions, textbooks and studying materials
• Lodging (student dorm and hotel) in double occupancy rooms
• Daily meals, water and fruit throughout the program
• Airport pick-up and drop-offs
• Transportation to camp sites, touring sights and cities
• Touring sights admission tickets
• International group travel insurance

Program Fees Do Not Include
• Airfare back and forth China from your home country
• Chinese visa application fee
• Personal spending

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• If written cancellation is received (by mail or fax) 40 days or more prior to program starts, all but $200 will be refunded.
• If written cancellation is 31-39 days or more prior to program starts, all but $500 will be refunded.
• If cancellation is received within 30 days of program starts or after program starts, there will be no refund.
• In the event of insufficient enrollment or unexpected condition, LOONGEBRIDGE reserves the right to cancel the program with a full refund.
