Travel Medical Insurance
Travel Health & Medical Insurance with coverage applicable to China is required for the entire program duration. The program fee includes $500,000 international group travel insurance provided by Seven Corners Inc. Please make sure to read the Travel Medical Insurance Brochure to understand the coverage and terms. A student has the option to choose additional or alternate travel and health insurance coverage, and please make sure the coverage is applicable in China.

Chinese Visa Application
A valid tourist Chinese visa is required for non-Chinese resident to enter China. Please check the visa application information at China Embassy at your country. In U.S., you may check more information at the China Embassy's official website. Chinese Embassy does not accept mail application, you or anybody entrusted by you need to go to the Embassy in person. No personal check accepted.

If you are U.S. citizen, for your convenience, we are able to provide assistance in obtaining the visa with a fee of $150 USD. If you entrust us to apply, please mail us the followings on the application deadline of the program you chose:
  • Original valid passport (do not send a copy)
  • Completed and signed and dated Chinese Tourist Visa Application Form
  • One recent 2'x2' passport photo attached to the form
  • $150 visa application fee per person, payable to LOONGEBRIDGE CORPORATION
Also note that a student need a valid passport with at least 6 months validity before expiration date. Passport application may take long, apply for a valid one as soon as possible.

Air-Ticket
The program fee does not include airfare from and to China. If you are in U.S., group ticket is available departing from San Francisco,US to Beijing. You may contact us once your enrollment is confirmed

Early Arrivers before Program Starts
If you arrive Beijing earlier than the program starting date, we can help you arranging accommodations, activities and tours with decent price at your own expense.

Stay Longer after Program Finishes
  • If a participant want to stay in Beijing for more time after program ends, we offer accommodation with good deal at the participants own expense.
  • For participants who want to have more tours in China after the program ends, with their requests, we can help you contacting local tourist agencies and arranging desired trips at their own expenses.
