Services Preparing for Your Trip

Travel Medical Insurance
Travel Health & Medical Insurance must be purchased for the entire program. For your convenience, the program fee includes $500,000 comprehensive health and travel insurance. Please make sure to read the Travel Medical Insurance Brochure.
• If the student already has a medical insurance policy in place, please make sure the coverage is applicable in China.
• A medical deposit of $150 USD per applicant is required in event that immediate medical care is needed during the program in China. The deposit is fully refundable if no medical expense occurred in China.


Chinese Visa Application

Students will need to have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity before expiration date. Students without a valid passport should apply as soon as possible.
• All students will need to have a valid tourist Visa to enter China. Please check the visa application information at China Embassy at your country. In U.S., you make check more information at the China Embassy's official website

Contact Us if you need help or more information on visa application.
• Chinese Embassy do not accept mail application, you or anybody entrusted by you need to go to the Embassy personally. No personal check accepted.
• If you are U.S. citizen, for your convenience, we are able to provide assistance in obtaining the visa with a fee of $150 USD. If you entrust us to apply, please mail us the followings on the application deadline of the program you chose.
  
    ◊ Original valid passport (do not send a copy)
    ◊ Completed and signed and dated Chinese Tourist Visa Application Form
    ◊ One recent 2’x2’ passport photo attached to the form
    ◊ $150 visa application fee per person, payable to LOONGEBRIDGE CORPORATION  

Air-Ticket
The program fee does not include airfare from and to China. If you are in U.S., at your request, we can help you shopping around to purchase best price air-ticket at that time.  Contact Us once your enrollment in the program is confirmed..

Early Arrivers
If you arrive Beijing earlier than the program starting date, we can help you arranging Accommodations, activities and tours with decent price at your own expense.

Stay Longer after Program Finishes
• If a participant want to stay in Beijing for more time after program ends (for example, watch 2008 Olympic Games), we offer accommodation with good deal at the participant’s own expense.
• For participants who want to have more tours in China after the program ends, with their requests, we can help you contacting local tourist agencies and arranging desired trips at their own expenses.

Services at Camp Sites

Airport Pickup and Drop-off
We arrange pickups and drop-offs of all participants at airport of Beijing China. Please inform us about your schedule once your trip is finalized at least one week before your departure date.

Calling Home from China
At the first day when students arrive in the camp site China, we provide students a free pre-purchased phone card, instruct the usage of phone card, and help students to call back home to inform parents about their safe arrivals in China. If the students need to purchase new phone card, we can help students to purchase and the students need to pay the fees.

Emergency Contact in China
If the parents of a participant need to contact a student during the student’s stay in china, we have emergency contacts to call and email at any time. We will provide you detailed information at the same time when your enrollment is confirmed.

Onsite bi-lingual counselors
We have bi-lingual counselors 24 hours at camp site and during all tours in China to answer questions, offer helps, and ensure the students’ safety during the program.

Safe-keeping, money exchange
We provide services to help students exchanging US dollars to Chinese Yuan (RMB).
At a student's requests. we can safe-keep a student's personal belongings such as passport, money etc..

Sports utilities and equipments
The camp site has a variety of fields and utilities for sports activities indoors and outdoors: ping-pong, tennis, badminton, basketball, soccer, volleyball, Chinese chess, card games.
We provide free sports equipments accordingly for students to use.
